“I had my first-ever Past Life Regression session today, with Katie at Healings Hands Reiki and Massage. We went into the quiet, calm room and she got me to relax really quickly by using some reiki (it’s not easy for me to calm down quickly, I’m hyper by nature). She started the regression process by telling me everything she was going to say, where we wre going, and how I could back out at any minute if I wanted to. But I didn’t want to. She kept the experience pleasant – even though the lifetime I visited had some ample trauma associated with it. We focused on some key points from that life, then she had the former me offer some advice to the current me. Very cool! And really, just what I need to hear, but refuse to listen when others tell me. Katie had invited my guardians to help watch over me, and indeed they followed me right through the garden (where we started) and through the tunnel (to where the past life began). That was nice, because I didn’t feel alone going into the past for my first time.When she brought me back, I actually wasn’t ready yet- that is how enjoyable the experience was. She left me alone in the room to ground and come back into the present at my own pace. That was a nice touch – it let me have my “space”. She gave me a CD of the experience, which is helpful because I didn’t remember everything I’d said. I fully intend to do more past life regression work with Katie at Healing Hands. I recommend it highly for anybody who might like to enter the past and explore.”
